1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and software platforms operated by Commonwealth Data Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including our athletic tracking platform, Vaulted, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License & Scope

Our software products, websites, databases, and algorithms are proprietary properties. Permission is granted to temporarily access our web platforms solely for personal or commercial athletic data management, recruiting portfolio construction, and statistical tracking purposes in accordance with your account subscription tier. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or reverse engineer any software codebase or algorithms owned by us.
• Use our systems for any commercial advertising or data mining operations unless explicitly authorized in writing.
• Attempt to decompile, exploit, or probe the vulnerabilities of our technical infrastructure.
• Transfer any platform materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the athletic stats, biographical details, and custom media files you upload to our platforms (such as Vaulted). However, by uploading content, you grant Commonwealth Data Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and process this information to deliver the platform services. Commonwealth Data Labs LLC owns all corporate brand marks, logo treatments, source code, data schemas, and custom UI components.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Commonwealth Data Labs LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platforms, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and software applications provided by Commonwealth Data Labs LLC are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Commonwealth Data Labs LLC or our platforms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
